His first store, Leclair's Mennonite Furniture, was established in 1973. After receiving encouragement and acknowledgment, Ryan decided to explore. This led to the opening of Warehouse 74 adjacent to Leclair's Mennonite Furniture. Eventually, the stores combined to create the London location, which occupies over 4000 sq. feet today.
