Keystone Psychology

I am a proud member of the Canadian Psychological Association and a registered psychologist associate with The College of Psychologists of Ontario. With this, I am accredited to provide my psychological services in Ontario. I have ample experience with couples and adults from all walks of life. I also had to learn to run in adulthood and have more recently realized that it is "use it or lose it". I love art and gardening, and being in old forests and up in the trees. I also really enjoy homecooking. I am an experienced traveler who hopes to continue my adventures once we are able again. In the meantime, I am working on learning how to make bread and care for our furbaby. I have experienced insomnia myself so I understand the effect it has on daily life.
