Hi, I am Sara Dimerman, also known as HelpMeSara. I am probably the only psychologist with a Radio and Television degree. After completing my degree at Ryerson University, I went on to do my Masters in Assessment and Counselling at the University of Toronto. I have been counselling individuals, teens, parents, partners, and families for the last 30 years, beginning in my York Region office. With the College of Psychologists of Ontario and The Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals, I am registered. I am also licensed to practice telecounselling, which can be offered through a phone call or online. If you have extended health insurance, it will cover these sessions.
