Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment with the services provided by Herman Singh, ABR Salesperson at RE/MAX Metropolis Realty, Brokerage. As a real estate agent, Mr. Singh has been lacking in professionalism and real estate knowledge. During our house search, Mr. Singh showed us a property that was in a state of disarray and he did not have any knowledge about the property. He assured us that everything was in order after the home inspection agent visited the property. Unfortunately, Mr. Singh left for Mexico and we were unable to visit the property a second time before closing. Upon receiving the keys to the property on May 9th, we discovered that the windows were in very bad condition and the main floor was extremely noisy. Additionally, we did not receive the house drawing as promised by Mr. Singh. When we raised these issues with him, he told us not to call the lawyer and assured us that he would take care of everything. He even went as far as to call me "Uncle" and promised to pay back 1.5% of the offer price of $1.45 million. However, he did not pay the full amount and became agitated when we refused to pay any additional money. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with the services provided by Mr. Singh. We expected a higher level of professionalism and real estate knowledge from a reputable agency such as RE/MAX Metropolis Realty, Brokerage. We hope that you will take our feedback into consideration and take appropriate action to ensure that other clients do not have to go through a similar experience.
