Fortis Fitness West: There are no pushy salespeople at our gym. Fortis is a simple strength training facility that is open 24 hours a day. We teach proper weight lifting technique. Fortis is the only gym that does not require your bank information or credit card. Our members are from all walks of life, from complete novices to seasoned athletes to those with many years of experience. We hope and plan for our members to be respectful and considerate. No intimidation. No attitude. There is no competition. We have a new, 6000 sf facility dedicated to elite athletic training. Lots of parking and natural light. Members have secure access 24 hours a day. Private bathrooms with showers. Fortis will also provide our members with the most successful and efficient training programs available to athletes. These techniques are often overlooked by traditional fitness professionals.
