The service team are very affectionate and very attentive, and during the times I’ve been there, even when I never really needed anything help wise, I always knew that if I did all I had to do was ask and it would be provided. The commitment of the staff to make the centre inclusive to have their residents be relaxed and make sure they have the feel at home experience and I must note that during the most challenging times of the pandemic, the service team have a way of making you feel safe and supported. Many people have given their comments about how the service team, plantation professionals and managers are always prepared to accept feedback and ensure they get the support they need. They are truly friendly and helpful and shows that it’ s about providing quality care and not just a job. The menu of the residence makes me nervous, such as asparagus and pesto, which I didn’ t really need to fret about and there was always something tasty and I was never worried about asking for something and welcome special requests, patrons can complain about the daily meal because I was always satisfied and can tell that the food is prepared well and this provides an chance to have three alternatives, indicating that my mother can request another meal if the food arrives late. Most patrons also provide help to my mother during her stay, and even when she was not present, they would always come and just check on her and this enabled them to operate it easily and in some cases effectively, provided them funds to handle conditions like cancer. I am not suitable for some residence, but this is perfect.
