Ok, on Monday November 13, 2023 I placed an order for a men's winter jacket. It was a Black Friday deal and the jacket was regular $189.99 on sale for $149.99. Sounded good to me so I ordered the coat. I received the coat on November 20, 2023 and open the package and the coat is awesome. I love it. This morning November 21, 2023 I receive another "Black Friday" sale email notice so I went to have a look to see what else I might order for my kids. For some reason I went to see if the jacket I ordered was still there listed, and sure enough it was. But to my surprise it is now on sale for $113.99. Am I ticked right off. So the jacket dropped another $40.00 bucks and I just received the coat. I am so angry over this, I will never purchase anything from Mountain Warehouse again as I have shopped online for other things in the past. This really is a slap in the face to be honest. I'm 72 years old and like so many these days try to make their dollars stretch as it's getting harder to make ends meet. This is no way to treat a customer.
