Red Seal Notary is a Downtown Ottawa Notary Public and Fingerprinting Service. Since 2004, we have provided Canadians with services related to the notarization of documents. We proudly serve the Ottawa community in a convenient downtown location from our original site in World Exchange Plaza to our current location, Albert and O'Connor. Our central location is close to many government offices and other foreign embassies. You do not require an appointment, just walk in. Your transaction will take approximately 5-10 minutes in most cases. When a person or group of people cannot come to our office in person, Red Seal Notary can mobilize a Notary to meet you at the preferred location. Sometimes a signatory needs to be present when a document needs notarizing or commissioning. The signatory may be far away, cannot travel, or is bedridden. Groups of people may need to sign the same document. It would be inconvenient and inefficient to ask the group to come together to sign the document in front of the Notary. Red Seal Notary may coordinate and send a mobile notary to meet with the client. You may meet at the most appropriate location. Locations include, but are not limited to, Theaters and Film and Recording Studios, Banks and Credit Unions and other Financial Institutions. Board rooms, Businesses & Corporations of any type, Universities and Colleges, and Hotels.
