Condescending staff, liars because they charged me $250 more than they quoted over the phone and at the location. Money-sucking at every opportunity, offering unnecessary frills to fill their pockets. They threatened to expel me and my dying dog because I told them my old vet euthanized my previous dog in 10 minutes and they were taking nearly two hours and that it was very stressful for my dog and myself during this difficult time. They do not deserve a 1 star rating but 0 is unavailable and so is -999999999.
Do your pets a big favour and DO NOT BRING THEM TO THIS HELLHOLE. I'm a senior citizen and I am disgusted with this joint, make a dog suffer because they cannot take constructive criticism, they threatened to kick my dying dog and I unless I shut up about criticizing their pathetic policies; that told me everything, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR PET, THEY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY. THEY WANT THE MONEY UPFRONT ALSO.
