It is done in-house. It was my own project. It was stripped down to the frame and cleaned. I replaced the rear derailleur because on inspection it was cracked. I also replaced the chain and cassette. Also, it got new cables, and I replaced the tires. All bearing surfaces have been either replaced or overhauled: headset, wheel bearings, and bottom bracket.
