The Black Pearl is proud to have been voted Best Toronto Piercings Shop. By providing a clean, positive, and welcoming environment, we assure that every Tattoo and Piercing experience will be special. All of our staff members have their hands 100 per cent sterilised, and we are fully licensed with Toronto Public Health. Old School and Realism in all styles are welcome.
