Repair and Run is, without a doubt, the best repair shop I have ever been to. I brought my e-bike to them after it had been poorly and unprofessionally upgraded by a different repair shop, and I was honestly worried about its safety and reliability. From the moment they assessed the bike, their professionalism, patience, and deep technical knowledge were very clear. They didn’t just “fix” the problem, they carefully rebuilt and improved the entire setup to make the bike significantly safer, cleaner, and more dependable. Ben, the bike repair technician, took exceptional care of every detail. You can truly see the craftsmanship in his work. From properly upgrading the wiring to installing a secure key-lock start system, everything was done with precision, intention, and pride. It’s rare to find someone who treats a customer’s bike as if it were their own, and that level of dedication really stood out to me. What impressed me even more was their honesty and fairness. Despite the complexity of the repairs and improvements, the pricing was very reasonable and transparent. Because of their work, I can now ride my e-bike with complete confidence, without the constant worry of breaking down or not understanding what went wrong. I’m genuinely grateful to Ben and the entire Repair and Run team for their outstanding service, integrity, and skill. They turned a stressful situation into a very positive experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented professionals who truly care about rider safety and quality workmanship.

They were really helpful recently. I had a problem with one of my pedals after breaking it clipping a curb. They were able to take my booking very quickly, and I was able to go in soon after that, and they removed the broken pedal. I had a new set to put on, so they did that for me, and didn't even charge me. Repair and Run is really amazing for quick, high-quality repairs. If your bike needs fixing, and you can't afford to wait, they will likely get you back on the road the same day (no booking days in advance).

I would like to say thank you to the bike technician that was working today at The Repair and Run on 363 Queen St W. He was super helpful with my scooter today, he fixed my front brake within mins, he was very helpful with in explaining to me in what I had missed doing in replacing the brake cable and was polite/respectful. I would recommend this place to anybody that needs their bike or scooter repaired, I live in Whitby, On and I will bring my scooter there anytime time I need to have something repaired on it. again Thank you for all the help today.
