Absolute garbage.
Do not trust Edi Krasnicki or Dardan Sokoli at all - they are 100% trying to scam you.
should give 0 star for creating and claiming $3000+ for no service we received. No tenants were placed in 15 days . And when asked to terminate the agreement after 15 working days and one more week they sent us an invoice. HORRIBLE>>>TERRIBLE>>>>>BAD EXPERINCE>>>Complained with BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU with all supporting evidence.

I am very pleased with my experience with Royal York thanks to Olger, I love how easy it is to communicate with her and she’s willing to go above and beyond to help me and my family find the best rental option! Overall, I am a very satisfied customer.
A company that treats us tenants well, deserves respect. I went through the leasing process with no problem. I did the tenant application form all online and I didn't wanna give out my information right away without meeting them in person and seeing how they operate. Their leasing agent was very professional and she walked me through the unit and then the tenant application form. I had quesitons about the documents and they were super responsive. I moved in and an assessment was conducted prior and the unit was cleaned beautifully.

My experience with Royal York has been outstanding. The property manager, Matthew, is very responsive and always available to answer questions. All tenant requests were channeled through work orders which I was copied on. Everything was very transparent and I would recommend them to any landlord looking for quality service at a good price
This is one of the absolute worst companies that exists.
Extremely frustrating to deal with and not trust worthy in my opinion at all.
Do not get involved with them. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
Please avoid these scammers: During the call for finding a tenant for my property, the lady on the phone, told me that we gonna find a tenant for you in JUST 15 days and she repeated JUST 15 days and if not, you can go on your own.
I told her that I am recording this conversation and she agreed. Same day they sent a rep that gave me a FINE PRINT to sign and I unfortunately signed it. AFTER 15 days, I emailed the rep and told that you have not found a tenant for me so I will go myself.
They didn't express ANY opinion however after 5 days they sent me a BILL of $2400 cause of breaching the "contract" in spite of the fact the didn't do ANYTHING.
So I found a tenant myself .... and just paid $1200 being involved with these scammers
