Whenever a first-timer asks where to get the best dog grooming services, the recommendation is always the same. Whether the dogs come back looking like puppies and not like the dogs they are used to seeing. I was very happy with the treated puppies because they did their best and clearly did a great jobだ。\nBesides grooming, customers are happy and regularly go to their shop and appreciate their services such as cleanliness and being cheap. My daughter and I took her rescue Greyhound for a nail trim on August 24, 2024. He has had frequent nail trims at the Wagsup Dovercourt location for the past 2 years. This visit resulted in traumatic and significant injuries to the dog due to negligence of the groomer, which was acknowledged by the manager of this location. We had to take him to an emergency visit following the nail trim due to a suspected fall off of the grooming table. Bruising on chest and groin and cut on hip. Needless to say we will never trust Wagsup with the care of our pets moving forward. No pet should ever leave a groomer with injuries let alone a rescue who has already experienced a great deal of trauma in his past. Complete negligence on your part Wagsup. Do better. NOTE: I had to leave one star in order to be able to post this review. If I could post zero trust me I would.
