Choosing Neo Kitchen for our kitchen and vanities renovation was the best decision we made and we are very happy with the work they did in our new home. From the start of the process, it was a pleasure working with Michael to design our layouts and make our kitchen and vanity selections. We are quite picky and often changed our minds as we thought of new ideas and Michael was extremely patient through it all and gave excellent advice and insights based on his many years of experience. No matter how many questions we asked, he always answered with a smile that made us feel comfortable and confident that our needs were being understood. Gaby was also extremely helpful and accommodating with our questions and requests to come into the showroom to look at samples. She was a big part of making the experience successful for us as we are very detail oriented and needed to see things with our own eyes to help make decisions. Kevin and his team were very respectful and friendly when they came into our home for measurements and installation. Like us, they pay close attention to detail to make sure everything is installed properly and they are very efficient, tidy, professional, and accommodating with their work. We had some specific requests with our island wiring and work around ductwork and it was all perfectly taken care of. The team Michael works with to install countertops also did an excellent job and were very friendly and easy to work with. The quality of the workmanship and materials used by Neo Kitchen is also top notch for a reasonable price. The cabinets themselves are strong and the paint finishes are all top quality. And Michael is a man of his word - we discovered a small bubble in the paint on one of our vanity doors and Michael took care of it immediately without any hesitation. Believe me, that sort of "make it right" professional attitude makes a world of difference when you're renovating your home. All in all, it was a pleasure to work with Michael and his team and we highly recommend them to anyone considering a kitchen or bathroom renovation or new build. They honestly took a huge concern off our minds and made it all work out flawlessly without any headaches or concerns at a time when we needed that most. Looking back, all we can say is Thank You Michael and team! We appreciate everything done for us and we absolutely love our beautiful kitchen and vanities! 12. Toyota price Lexus quality Mercedes service A little bit background first. I had my kitchen renovated in 2018. My wife and I consulted 6 companies at beginning and narrow down to 2 later. We choose to work with Neo finally as we were very satisfied with way Michael worked with us. We shared many of our thoughts with him at the time. It turned out that some of our thoughts were very difficult if not totally impossible to implement. Instead of just saying no like the other company Michael tried his best to find out some alternative ways that closest to our original thoughts but workable. We leveraged his expertise and experience to work out the plan that fitting our house best. After many years of intensive use everything works well without any issue. ( When I say intensive use I really mean it. We cook more than 200 dinners at home every year, real cooking not just a couple frozen boxes in microwave.) All the doors and drawers work well. No loose handles, squeezing hinges or stuck draw tracks. Until recently there's one door push latches doesn't work well. My wife called Neo for helping. Michael told my wife that our latches are old model and discontinued already. But he would help us to have it fixed. He sent workers to our house within 4 days. They not replaced the broken latches with a new one but also replaced all other 8 more with the new models. All without any charges. Then Michael brought us another surprise. We mentioned to him that we have a couple small scratches on the paint. They brought some paint to touch up and make it looks like new again. Yes, believe it or not Michael still keep our color numbers in their system! So the bottom line here. If you are only looking for low price and don't care about quality and service, I'm not sure. But if you are looking for a company that can provide good quality product and reliable service in a reasonable price give Neo a try. You wouldn't be regrated! 13. I ordered my kitchen cabinets from Neo Kitchen during my kitchen renovation. The crew is professional and nice. The final look is amazing. I’m enjoying every moment in the new kitchen. 14. Neo Kitchen did renovate my kitchen. They did an excellent job. I'd highly recommend them. 15. Neo Kitchen did a wonderful job with our basement kitchen cabinet and counters. They are professional, on time, and easy to communicate with. We are very happy with the final product!
