How about opening the doors of one of our six Health and Wellness Centres? You will see individuals of all ages and life stages, whether they are joining classes or programs, and they are putting their health and wellbeing first, too. Attending a Youth Drop-In and seeing teens and young adults relationally connect with mentors and peers in a warm, inclusive space is what it's all about. The YMCA has provided services across the City of Cambridge, the City of Kitchener, the City of Waterloo, the City of Guelph, and the County of Perth, which includes the City of Stratford since 1853. All associations officially joined together in 2020, calling ourselves the YMCA Three Rivers. We aim to serve our associations more effectively and positively impact on our community.
