Mothers and Toddlers Playtime This program is designed for children 5 and under accompanied by their mother. It is a program to get children comfortable with water and play. The Program is taught by Lifeguards who are certified to teach adults how to swim in the ocean. The program is open to non-swimmers and any children under the age of five. It is an aerobics class with no stress to the joints. It works the stomach, legs, and upper body. The Mothers and Toddlers class is presented with the help of the Lifeguard and Instructor. Recreational Swimming This is a great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The pool has a tot pool and a lap pool. Swimmers can use the spray features during the recreational swims.
