I had an AC unit installed in March 2026 in the bedroom areas of my home. On the first days that it was warm, I put it on and went to sleep, but I was bothered by a buzzing sound every minute and a half that was much louder than the unit. After investigation, I realized it was coming from the unit. I contacted the company and they asked me to send them a recording and their team would diagnose it. A week went by and I wrote again to see what the diagnosis was. They sent me a team to come. When they arrived, they could not do anything because the system was installed not conforming to the requirements of the unit. It was too close to the ceiling, 3 inches where the unit requires 6 inches, and the drainage pipe was sent upward since the draining tube was placed too high for that system. So they installed a drainage machine, which was the culprit for the continual buzz. I called in every solution and all they had was to charge me for their inappropriate installation. They also want to charge me for the visit to find out what the problem was. After sales service was zero, which was quite frustrating after I offered many different solutions. The buzzing continues and I called the consumer protection and they gave me the way to deal with this. I want to confirm that if you do have a problem after sales, you will be very frustrated with this company, as I am. I recommend you get somebody else who has a much better review on after sales service.
