BQAM-E volunteer assistance is available at the workshop for repairs or advice, bike repair, and information on associated costs. An at least one volunteer will be available during opening hours. Workshop attendance doesn't require you to be good at bike mechanics, just a willingness to learn! However, it has everything expert mechanics demand. Bike repair services are not offered. The workshop will be available to volunteers and users on Tuesdays from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. In the workshop, you will find 8 workbenches at 2 levels in different heights. This will accommodate all kinds of bikes, from a child's to a tall bike. The large workbench is equipped with a wide array of tools, ranging from the generic to certain specific to bicycle mechanics. You will find everything you need in this space, from the hammer to your wheel alignment gauge, as well as several specific tools and a comprehensive collection of freewheel and cassette removal sockets. Some of these tools may require a volunteer's help to use properly. We provide safety gear such eye protection glasses, gloves, and ear protection helmets. Tracksuits for users and gloves protect your clothes while working with agricultural machinery
