Our 140-year-old club is one of America’s great clubs. MAA has been part of the Stanley Cup champions four times (1993, 1894, and 1902), was the Grey Cup champions (1931), and is the club of Canada’s first Olympic gold medallist, Etienne Desmarteaux (1904). The MAA was named the best club drive by Readers Digest in 2006
This temporary space is located in downtown Montreal. We are currently offering 40 group exercise classes online and 10 in person (due to covid). Our classes include pilates, Bootcamp, spinning, yoga, pilates, and Bootcamp. Latin dance, eccentrics, weight training, and so much more are also available. You can also enjoy our seasonal heated outdoor pool.
