Emporium Barber Since 2013 Emporium is at Parc Ave. and St-Zotique. Emporium is a pivotal place where Mile-Ex has recently emerged as a vibrant new neighborhood in Montreal, a witness to a thriving industrial era. Although it is an innovative, gender-fluid salon social club, it is more than a traditional men's barbershop. There is room for everyone in a place where all genders, sexualities, and ethnicities are relaxed. The saloon's social club-like ambiance is not straightforward to create, but it has managed to do so. People go to Emporium for haircuts and to get a feeling, all guided by passion for good quality. Emporium is not anchored to its history or its codes. With its clientele, it wants to grow. Their two new shops opened in 2018. One is a small neighborhood barbershop in Plateau and the other is a flagship concept store in Pointe St-Cheese: space for all genders, all sexualities, all ethnicities.
