Absolutely horrible service. I do understand that the people in customer service aren’t medical professionals, but if the products are available to advanced practice RNs I do expect them to be paying some attention when approving orders. The representative received my information and all licenses, including my APRN license but didn’t understand what it meant and cancelled my order. That itself was frustrating especially when I told her on the phone my license that I held an APRN license. When I finally got it straightened out and tried to reorder I requested the code for a 5% off incentive to new accounts, which I had been. They could not honor that because they had already made a mistake on my account. It’s ultimately a small amount, but I can’t do business with a company who doesn’t understand basic service.
