I booked a hair cut and drove 2.5 hours for the appointment( one way). I speak English( not French), the girl who took the appointment was given this info . I asked for a top stylist. I was booked with a young stylist who did not speak any English. We could not communicate. If that was not bad enough, another young man chose to translate and he was the most ignorant and unprofessional person I have ever met. He actually laughed at and mocked and argued with my request to not brush my hair when it was wet( it is my hair I don't want it to break off!) and there was no way I was getting the cut I asked for. Then comb it yourself he said. So I did, with my fingers, while he was verbally rude to me. A shame as the stylist who did not speak English seemed keen to do his work. Eventually I had to leave with wet hair and no cut. Utterly ridiculous and unprofessional, no one in the salon was attending to this problem. I wanted a specific top notch cut and needed to communicate with the stylist cutting my hair but that was not possible due to a language barrier. If I had been dropping my dog for grooming perhaps...
