Got a pedicure and an eyebrow waxing. There were many red flags during my appointment but I ignored them and gave my esthician the benefit of the doubt. The real horror was when she waxed half of my eyebrow off. She did not seem experienced or knowledgeable at all. After saying I like my eyebrows thicker she continued to take off half of the top of eyebrow, proceeded not to tell me, aggressively combed them trying to 'fix' them, tweezed them INCREDIBLY thin on both sides trying to make them look even. After expressing concerns I asked to get a mirror and told her to immediately stop tweezing. She answered me with "so I took too much off the top, it'll grow out in 2 wks. It's not that bad, you can use an eyebrow pencil". Literally my worst nightmare. Listen to your gut please!
