We live in a world where tuning out and experiencing music is increasingly difficult. We want to create a space where you can let go and have fun. Each class is an event where every participant's energy adds to the overall atmosphere. All you need to do is join our 45-minute cardio party. You'll be amazed at how much you can push yourself. A great coach is also available to push you further. The best part is that you'll get through it all together. Join the 45-minute party with our finest instructors. If you accept the challenge, you'll be able to switch between core and weight lifting exercises as you ride.
