He is also a Solicitor or Mediator, and was once designated as a Notary Public. Don is enthusiastic about litigation and truly enjoys going to court to represent clients. He also does a lot of drafting of legal documents for transactional issues, especially in business or corporate. He could be a solicitor and draft wills or contracts. All his cases are taken very seriously and he enjoys trying new cases. He has represented individuals in all three levels of the Saskatchewan Court, the Federal Court, and the Supreme Court of Canada. His appeared before administrative boards, like the Saskatchewan Labour Board and Arbitration Boards, show his experience. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association's Environmental Law, Family Law and Real Property and Wills sections. He has always maintained a varied practice.
