To show his class owner, RJ, e-mailed me to say he was “happy you are enjoying your new furniture and let me know if there is anything I can help you with in the future”. His bullying and self entitlement knows no boundaries. I AM A REAL CUSTOMER AND THIS COMPANY DOES NOT BELONG TO TRUSTED REGINA BUSINESSES NOR ARE THEY ACCREDITED THROUGH THE BBB! Purchased La-Z-Boy power loveseat and 2 identical power rockers from this store, received July/23. One had wrinkles and they agreed there was an issue. Chair was picked up, repaired and returned to us November/23 minus the Ack-Line-item tag required for ALL future warranty coverage on power components. I have been dealing with RJ Dundas/Sorenson (owner) who told me during a phone call in which he screamed at me for being a conspiracy theorist because I felt every level of service had failed me. At the end of the conversation he said they would pick up the chair and issue a full refund if I wasn’t satisfied. Unfortunately, Mr. Dundas does not respond to my email requesting this. If you look at my google review, you can see the photos of the chair prior to and after the repair by Furniture World Regina, as well as the final e-mail I received from RJ Dundas. Extremely dissatisfied with the quality of their warranty work. Dissatisfied with their customer service. Unhappy with the owner’s lack of professionalism. Disappointed in the Sorensen Group because, although they own Furniture World as well as other furniture stores in Saskatchewan, they distance themselves from this particular store. Would not recommend this company so stay away! Delivery people and salesperson were the only vale-added component to this business
