About this business
Operating out of Tron's garage, our community began in the summer of 2016. Our doors were opened in the fall of 2016, and we labelled the community "strongest YXE.” Everyone coached by Jason followed him there. We have found stability and direction thanks to our coaches, first members, and other pillars. We affiliated with CrossFit in 2017. "CrossFit CL" made StrongFit YXE their new address (Roman numeral for 150). Thanks to our CrossFit affiliation, our vision is shared with a broader community. We love sharing the fun of fitness and positive, encouraging atmosphere that we've created. To better embody our gym and community goals and involve each member of the original sTRONgFit team, we renamed our affiliate as CrossFit OneFifty. The Dunbar's number principle is based on the idea that 150 individuals can have a relationship with 150 individuals. This suggests we can remember about 150 people, 50 of whom will be close friends and 15 close friends. Our relationship is one of the five main factors that influence health and joy, and we aim to assist members in forming such relationships.
