Eleganta Nails

This is my first time writing a review. I think my experience is so necessary for other customers/clients going into Eleganta Nails. I will not be mentioning the name of said nail tech. I’ve gone to other Nail salons in the city, very nice nail techs with very good energy in the atmosphere. I decided to go elsewhere in hopes of a better turnout for my nails. My experience here was very quick, about 35 minutes. There were many steps missed, polish on my hands, not fixing cuticles, the nail tech came off very annoyed when I had mentioned she hadn’t put a tip on my index and had filed it too short, significantly shorter then my other nails, along with kindly asking to remove at least some of the polish from my fingers, hands. I would try and chat/ start some simple small talk, or a conversation and I was barely acknowledged, nor looked at. She hadn’t smiled once at me and I felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable for the whole set. Overall, my nails look okay but I would NOT be surprised if they were to all break/fall off in a week. Will not be returning.
