ABOUT   Services Excellence Summary

I'm a goldsmith; that's it. My quest for professional development has led me to become a web designer, salesman, teacher, business guy, and business guy over time. That enables me to do what I enjoy and keep my hands occupied while also paying my bills: you must pay your bills. As you travel through my world, you will soon notice that I like to create jewelry. Most people want to create rings, and this is excellent because they account for the most sales. The majority of the world's jewelry inventory is worn on the finger. Even though there have been a few efforts to put the notion of an engagement necklace or wedding studs on the market, none has been sold. Thanks to everyone who was culpable. One thing is certain; the limited canvas that a ring provides can limit your creativity. When you combine this with the wearability issue, my artistically-inclined siblings (and brothers) probably assumed I was limiting myself a little too much. So my people don't like rings that reach past one joint or one finger. * Jewelry is an everyday necessity for them. For instance, they should be able to carry out their household chores, work from home, and exercise without worries. Moreover, they have to swim, dance, and be able to carry their bags. Their fingers should also be average, round, and close together. That's why my rings are almost always rings. These rings are durable, strong, and comfortable. When asked about the warranty of my rings, I usually tell them it is covered until the point of complete destruction. Only in case of utter destruction will I refund or fix your ring. This does not cover stupid things like not your wear and tear and punching cinder block shards. This brings us to the next question: Aren't you afraid your designs will be stolen, especially because it is all hanging out there? No, they are not my designs. Many of the most fantastic designs were in cooperation with customers. Some clients may send me a photo or have an idea and let me make a product specifically for them. Others may see a picture and point out which features they like and those they do not, giving me a blueprint on how the final product should look. Other times, I have a clean sheet of paper and the freedom to do as I wish. There is nothing scarier than sharing a blank canvas with two people. It's now possible to move on to the technical bits after dealing with the design theft issue. This is open to everyone. These techniques are simple, but they will drive you nuts. While I can afford costly technology that would streamline the manufacturing and design processes, I'm afraid technology will ruin it all. I am not interested in making jewelry without the touch of humankind. One of my customers confessed to me that he would have just gone to any store and ordered an engagement ring or even gone online to do a purchase. "Where's the love?" he asked me. My goal is to provide a product that is well-finished and balanced and of high quality. If I achieve this, then I can say to you to have a look at what I have got. Art should be appreciated from every angle. A piece should catch the eye instantly. However, if you look closely, then you will understand better the process and the rationale behind the creation.

SUMMARY   Reviews Summary

The feedback revolves around Ken and his employees' superb client service, competencies in remodeling precious paraphernalia, and supportive members. Ken reproduced and improved a unique engagement ring and necklace. Customer assembly is a top-quality between complementary services and dependability. The customer also said the diamond engagement ring, which was altered through Ken and did not break during the diamond cut, was very convenient to pay. The cycle is seamless, and there is nothing incredible about it. He transformed the two rings into one ring that complemented each other and then resized it. The attention to detail on the pieces given to him for remodeling was well done and meets the customer's standards when the customer has brought some old steel coins.\nAll the reviews are positive and endorse K. Paulson and R. Powell Goldsmith. Satisfaction rate is high due to the excellent results on the personalized jewels, the communication, and the staff attitude. Even though previous customers bring projects to the jewelry, there will come a time when they need to alter, resize, or sell the item. The customers are grateful for the best designs.
