Our money is being held back by this company, and they are unreachable, completely avoiding their client. 2. Rizwan was great. He helped us with our house sale, highly professional, quick and easy. Tyler and Claire 3. Lacklustre service. They delayed our sale as much as possible whilst the other party’s solicitor was waiting. They then at the last moment, on the moving day, remembered a £2000 apportionment payment that they had not informed us about, causing a large delay in moving. Do not use them, spend extra on a real solicitor. 4. People are incompetent and lazy. They are simply not responding to anything and everything is getting delayed. Avoid. 5. I was put in touch with Teaghan Jenkins through my Estate Agent, dealing with a probate sale, which was new to me, and daunting. I was already in a vulnerable place, dealing with a loss. I must say I’ve always heard nightmares about soliciting and the process, But I must say Teaghan from Taylor Rose was a godsend. Ten out of ten. The process was explained and made super easy. The solicitor in question was a Ms. Louise Tunstall, a bright and radiant personality who brought good humor and warmth to what we thought was going to be a dreadful process. She ensured we understood every step, giving us confidence and leaving us sure of how the case was taking shape. When the unfortunate time came to go to court, Louise was excellent. Her attention to detail, presentation, and strategy were all of the highest order. She informed us at every turn but was never over-optimistic or pessimistic, just honest.
