Christian Green was absolutely fantastic all the way through, keeping us up-to-date on proceedings and helping get everything done as quickly as possible. Communication was excellent, couldn't recommend Christian and the team highly enough and wouldn't hesitate using him again. Very good and kept us informed at each stage of the sale. Would use Chattertons again Excellent professional service - kept me informed throughout the process. Very prompt responses to enquiries. Would never use again, Solicitor ok, aftercare/process team terrible. Settlement agreed with legal ombudsman over process issues, lots of silly reasons why Chattertons would not pay. (Refused to pay because I did not want to give them a copy of my bank statement, then because they did not have bank details even though I had given them). In the end they never paid and I gave up chasing. Chattertons solicitors have dealt with two lots of business for me over the last 10 months both times they have dealt very efficiently with everything and given me advice and help with things that I have asked making the outcome so much smoother and easier I would definitely use their services again should the need arise and recommend this solicitors to anyone needing legal services The whole conveyancing process went well We would have given 5 stars but for two financial mistakes meaning we owed extra monies to fully complete the purchase process .It takes time to actually pay the company over the phone and gaining contact with them
