They were very supportive and professional throughout our whole property purchase process. We bought our residential property through them a few years ago, and due to the fantastic experience, we chose to work with them again — and they were brilliant once again. I have visited Ringrose on several occasions over the years and have each and every time been treated very professionally and respectfully. I would say that I am very impressed with this organization and would have no reservations recommending them to anyone. 3. Called regarding a boundary dispute with my neighbour and was told I'd get a call back to discuss. When they did call, they said it'd be £250 to even get on to a first call with them, before even confirming if they would be able to handle the issue. There are other local solicitors who are much more accommodating and reasonable. 4. The worst solicitors you could ever imagine. They are utterly useless and even contact you merely to upset you passing messages from undesirable people when you make it clear you don't want contact. I would genuinely feel sorry for any poor soul that has to deal with these charlatans. If there was a way to give zero stars I would. They are breathtakingly shoddy. Never use this firm. Use Sills and Betteridge instead. You'll get a real solicitor. I did. Avoid Ringrose because the rings will be ran around you. 5. Absolutely brilliant for house sale. Very knowledgeable staff who are friendly and professional. Carefully explain anything you are unsure of in plain english and fees are reasonable priced. Would definitely recommend.
