After a terrible experience with a conveyancer based in London dealing with the sale of another property with which we were involved, we were advised to contact a solicitor called Jessie at Landons. We needed someone who would be committed to helping us make our purchase happen in just under 6 weeks. When we spoke to Jessie, we knew that she was up to the task: friendly and on the ball. Conveyancing is complicated & lengthy. Jessie was brilliant from the start. Jessie communicated on time and well with everything in plain English that we could quickly understand. Land sales and purchases must be one of the most stressful experiences you could go through, and especially if you don’t have the right support. Landons, in particular Amy Anthony, who was outstanding, made the process relatively easier. They answered your calls; they respond to emails fast and update you on the process all the way. But above all heeding to their advice where there are potential long term financial impacts on the decision you make is critical as you can easily make decisions based on your feelings but not future implications.
