She made a very stressful and complicated situation much more bearable and was excellent at her job. She made me feel very comfortable and reassured from the outset, and I was grateful and would seek advice from her again. 2. Following the sad passing of our Mother in the early part of last year (2025) we had call to use the services of Mullis & Peake LLP twice. Firstly to seek the Deed of Probate on our Mothers Estate and the then for Conveyancing purposes for the sale of our late Parents Home. In Both instances we could not have wished for a better service from Mullis & Peake. Both Emma Boys Smith - Solicitor (Wills & Probate) together with Paras Mercioniu - Paralegal and Deborah Marsh - Completions Manager (Residential team), could not have been more Helpful, Understanding, Considerate and Professional through-out our entire dealings with them, especially given the sensitive and emotional loss we were dealing with at that time. Lost message for a solicitor to call to arrange appointment for will amendment has cost family. My elderly parents dropped into their office to get their will amended. There was no one free to see them so a message was taken. They wanted to change an executor to make things easier and another change to do with inheritance. Dad died a few weeks later. Mum received a call from them a few weeks after that apologising that they’d mislaid the message. This has impacted our family in more ways than one.5. Esther Marshall - 10/10
