We were highly satisfied with the quality of service provided, and there was no delay to our transaction. 3 I was recommended to Barcan Kirby by Savills Estate Agents in respect of the purchase of a two-bed harbourside apartment, which completed at the end of February. My experience of dealing with the team, and in particular Shannon Milkins and Katrina Handley, was a pleasure. Their professional and efficient approach made the conveyancing experience very stress-free and I would have no hesitation in using their services again. 4. I run a B2B Cyber Security Services Firm in Bristol - Ithaca Cyber Security. Rob, extremely helpful, diligent, and prompt in drafting our contracts. I can highly recommend for commercial work. 5. Despite being told the lease length was 200 years initially, the deal I used this firm for involved several key issues that were never pointed out/fully explained until the day of exchange or afterwards. The most concerning issue is that I was told the flat came with a 10-year structural warranty. However, in reality, the warranty is effectively meaningless because the building is a conversion rather than a true new build. This should have been identified and clearly explained to me during the conveyancing process. There were other issues that were also missed and not properly highlighted that left me feeling that my interests were not adequately protected. 6. Samantha Mabey and team handled my cycling accident claim with professionalism, an excellent explanation, and communication. 7. My James Bell has helped me with my commercial lease renewal dispute. Him and his team has been very prompt and helpful throught the entire process. Happy with the service received. 8. Naomi O’Brien at Barcan & Kirby - Excellent in every respect - clear advice, proactive, good value for money. Perfect execution of a tricky house sale. Highly recommended. 9. Alex Castiglione and Naomi O’Brien are excellent property solicitors, very commercially-minded, they find solutions to issues and often they end up resolving issues on the other side that opposing solicitors don't know how to deal with. They advise on the key risk areas, and cajole entire chains to push things along. 10.
