She was proactive, extremely responsive, and dealt with everything quickly and thoroughly. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and I always felt fully informed and supported. We recently used RWK Goodman's conveyancing services for both the sale and purchase of a home. From start to completion they have been excellent. Our chain was beset by all the usual problems and setbacks, but the team (special thanks to Helen Sandrone, Tracey Lea and David Willcox) kept on top of everything with clear, concise and timely communication and great professionalism - often going above and beyond their immediate remit to offer us advice on problems happening elsewhere in the chain. There were a couple of times when I expect the chain could have fallen apart had it not been for their insight and experience. They may not be the cheapest conveyancing option out there, but in our experience from this chain at least it was very obvious that you get what you pay for! (Five stars) 7. We were kept updated on progress regularly and informed at the first sign of any difficulty. We gave them a very tight deadline to try and meet and although we were charged a bit more in solicitor fees, we felt they really went above and beyond for us. We corresponded by email and responses were always prompt and clear. Unfortunately we rarely managed to speak with them on the phone which was fine for us as we preferred email, but it left our interactions feeling a little impersonal. Overall a confident 5 stars, we would highly recommend RWK Goodman and will certainly be approaching them again in future for any legal work. (Five stars) 13. I have been a client of this firm for > 30 years. The Bristol office is relatively new. The staff appear very helpful, but virtually impossible to speak to by telephone. Apart from an initial contact, the entire transaction of the sale of my property was conducted by e-mail. I find this lack of the personal regrettable. (Three stars) 14.
