Contacted regarding retainment of my property’s keys after a builder working on our property stole these during a dispute and gave them to this solicitor. This solicitor did not contact me to tell me he was in receipt of my keys or contact me to ask for any further info. He simply received keys to someone else’s property no questions asked when in fact the builder was at fault, independent surveyors report confirms continuous poor quality workmanship throughout and untrained workers doing skilled work. The builder subsequently offering an inadequate reduction in cost and offering of completing works they do not have the skill set to do. You do not make these offering if you are not at fault but then Paul Brooks solicitor deems it acceptable to retain the properties keys of a young professional family with young children that has been on the receiving end of cowboy builders. Immoral! Avoid avoid avoid7. I cannot recommend Paul Brook solicitors highly enough. I received a very professional service. The staff were friendly and efficient. A definite 5* from me.8.
