From the very beginning, the service we received was exceptional and made what could have been an extremely stressful process feel far more manageable. Our solicitor, Jocelyn, was outstanding throughout. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Communication was excellent — she kept us fully informed at every stage, explained everything clearly, and was always responsive whenever we had questions or concerns. Our experience was far from straightforward, as our initial flat purchase unfortunately fell through after nearly 16 weeks. During what was a very disappointing and stressful time, Jocelyn went above and beyond to guide and support us. She then worked tirelessly to ensure our next purchase progressed smoothly and successfully, ultimately getting us into our new home. We were helping her sell her flat to a cash buyer with no upper chain, took over 4 months to complete. Absolute joke, total lack of communication, if it wasn’t for the fact that we kept chasing weekly we’d never have had any updates. Things that should have been done weren’t, money we paid for a service through them took 3 weeks to be passed to the correct company causing further delay. For some reason they always seemed to have issues getting through to various companies yet when we called, we got through straight away and ended up getting things sorted ourselves. They seemed more interested in ensuring the buyer was happy and often seemed to be working or them rather than us.
