Such lack of responsiveness has caused actual operational problems and raised serious questions about the management of those residents’ finances, potentially risking a £X liability without no comfort or resolution. Having just passed away, the situation is now intensified, and we had no option but to contact the Office of the Public Guardian and the Legal Ombudsman. It is recommended that other clients evaluate their service provider's responsiveness and accountability in case of circumstances.
