I am very dissatisfied with the service received from the property department at Davey Law - i am disatisfied with the initial advice i was given (which i was required to get a 2nd opinion on), the way my case was drawn out when i belive it could have been settled much more quickly and above all i am unhappy with the fees that escalated from an initail quite of £550 to over £8000. Part of these fees were covered by the other party - but they refused to pay all the fees as they considered them unreasonably high. I am also hugely disatisfied with the in-house complaints procedure - and am strongly considering taking the matter to the Legal Ombudsman who i believe will take a very dim view of what went on. ---Despite the current situation I was kept informed throughout my house purchase.
