Client Feedback:
Absolutely terrible communication throughout the divorce. My ex-wife, who was their client at the time, won’t return to them to draft her will when the time comes. I stopped using the solicitor for guidance well before the final divorce order came through. Basic mistakes were made on the conveyancing side, such as the incorrect spelling of my name on the deeds transfer form. The worst part was prompting my ex-wife to disregard the consent order, which clearly stated when the financial settlement should be completed. Every part of this has left both my ex-wife and me incredibly unsatisfied. Avoid at all costs.
Unfortunately this company has been very unprofessional and I have suffered as a result of the lack of professionalism. They breached confidence by leaking my file to the person I had a dispute with. Stay away from this company. My review would stay negative as long as it could be. I lost my big compensation, and I cannot be compensated by anybody. I will only be happy if we have a positive agreement where proper communication should be utilized
Booked an appointment to discuss rights & wrongs of being an executor, also to discuss problems we were having with the other executor. The appointment was with Kamni Zaman, the thing I can say is what a lovely person, he put us at ease within three minutes of the initial introduction.
He explained what had to be done in language that we could understand (No legal Speak). The only thing I can say is we received first class service with clear and concise information.G J Cook
Terrible Company
Awful dealt with my mothers estate, didn’t ask me what I would like put on my own mothers grave stone, yet had to pay £500 out of my inheritance for it. Barely replied when leaving messages or e mails. Terrible
Brilliant Service
Called in to enquire about data breach compensation claim, was told they do not deal with any such cases. Their website says they’re specialists.
Appalling Service
Having dealt with Tayntons through my solicitors for someone purchasing my house it’s been nothing but shocking from start to finish, the lack of response and information is simply not good enough and then after months of trying to draw blood out of a stone with them they then ask at the last minute for more enquiries when all parties verbally agreed a moving date – avoid using these from personal experience unless you like wasting a lot time and effort chasing a company that simply doesn’t care.
Extortionate Fees
Had my calls and emails ignored as soon as there was an issue, cost me quite a bit.
