She performed the drafting in an efficient and friendly manner, explaining everything clearly. I would recommend her services. (2) For an elderly person trying to make an appointment to update they had with them. Cannot be done. It is almost impossibly. No Accommodation for hard of hearing or elderly customers getting through on their phone lines. (3) Elspeth, Charlotte, and Courtney were all very helpful in sorting out my matter.
