But once you mention legal aid it seems as they really can't be bothered with all the fuss and paperwork.8. I think Lyn Bunday needs some telephone manner training9. I have nothing but praise for this wonderful company of highly recommended solicitors. My son has been released from prison after 12+ years of an IPP sentence!! Every step was a positive step forward when dealing with Swain & Co. Without their intervention (plus positive psychologists reports) we would not be where we are today and my son would not be free!!
