Avoid at all costs, even just reading their replies to negative reviews they are passive aggressive. Another firms now took it on and complaint logged with legal ombudsman after this company refused to take a complaint and then claimed to have blocked my email, this firm was paid off to discontinue a case just under a year later claiming a later arrest impacts it despite that being the same case since day 1. If you abduct or are abducted do not try to escape or damage anything trying to escape as it will stop this particular firm doing anything. They’ve sent a dangerous message to victims of domestic violence But in short if I abduct you and you damage something escaping your abuductiond irrelevant noe as you’ve damaged your captors property. Eagerly awaiting your response as you’ve can’t bloc people on here, don’t be suprised if a crime correspondent walks into your offices but any publicity is good publicity right. So if someone was to break in hold them against their will to steal electronics iMacs etc damage something on your way out as the abduction no longer matters then.
