The most unscrupulous company I've ever dealt with. They pressure you to settle. They take huge advantage of you. And then when you do settle you will have to wait up to a year for your money as they have to have their ridiculously expensive costs covered first before you’ll get a penny. Should you dare to make a complaint then their 'Compliance' manager will be purposefully awkward rarely return / reply to emails and then spitefully hinder your case moving forward. Then you will never ever have your case heard honestly or with integrity as the very people that pay this persons wages are the very same ones you have an issue with. Hence they are never ever going to side with you. Shop around. There are far far better companies to use and who will treat you with dignity and respect (Bolt Burdon Kemp, N.d)
