Client feedback 1. Professional, but not timely. Do not keep things up to date. Have to chase them on email, then 2 days later have to call them. Work is done in the last hour, after the customer escalates the issue. Doesn't keep any stakeholders in the loop. Unaware of the case unless prompted. On positive side, they listen to escalations! I heard most of the Solicitors behave similarly in the UK, but as first time buyers in a developed country like the UK. We definitely had better expectations. But anyways thanks for your service, 2. I am so Grateful for Hawkins Law taking the lead with my Conveyancing. Thanks to the team my mind was at ease, the process was effortless and easy. 3. Highly recommended, they sorted out my auction property purchase. Was last minute as previous conveyancing was intervened and had to get a new one urgently. They were efficient and communicated all the way ensuring that we completed in days 4. The team has done an excellent job. I was pleased with Rafka’s help throughout the process and their efficiency. 5. Hawkins Law may not be the cheapest firm, but their attention to detail and response time are excellent.... Purchase Conveyancing My experience with Hawkins Law for my purchase conveyancing was okay; I did not feel it was worth the premium price. Mohammed Nathanie was excellent in the early stages—he would respond to emails in time and always answered inquiries. He provided updates and kept me informed as we went along. However, after he left, the communication was significantly reduced. I was not receiving any updates, and I had to chase for some information and receiving little in return. The conveyancing was done, but the end and the experience was disappointing; it was not worth the premium. Update: I got dropped by them within 30 minutes of leaving this review! No wonder all their reviews are all positive - express any kind of negative opinion and get dropped. To be honest I'm not at all happy with the service so far and expressed this on the phone to Aqeel, who had no resolution or solution for me. I was taken in by all the other positive reviews but they seem to be the same as all other solicitors, as soon as they have your business they stop making an effort and you have to chase them yourself. Had not heard back as to whether the lender has responded, or given an answer on a simple lease question. My emails were ignored and I had to call for an update after being left in the dark. I then requested if I could be sent a weekly update on my file. I was told I can email for an update but they will not send me one off their own back. I don't think requesting 1 minute of a solicitors/conveyancers time is that much of an ask? But apparently it is. I guess i'll be setting my own calendar reminder then to chase them. Very confused by this kind of client service. I was also looking for a lawyer for a separate legal matter and after this conversation and approach, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. If I could give ZERO I would. Extremely unprofessional, fallen... First-time Buyers Hawkins Law was very professional and their help was much needed. The staffs understand the process better and guide us through it.14. Hawkins Law took over my case urgently after my previous solicitor withdrew mid-transaction and managed to complete everything successfully and on time, despite tight deadlines and complex issues. Sometimes it’s far better to pay slightly more for peace of mind than to try to save a few hundred pounds and suffer poor communication and delays. I would highly recommend Hawkins Law to anyone looking for a proactive, responsive, and reliable conveyancing firm.15. Our solicitor was fantastic from start to finish. They handled our house purchase quickly and smoothly, always keeping us informed and making the whole process much easier than expected.
