I have took my frend down this place for over a year trying to help get her contact with her son sorted feel no progress has happened at all last time was told to wait 15 to 20 days that was over 40 days ago now and still nothing every time it’s just fake promises and hopes have been to get bank statements 4 times now as that’s all they ever ask for yet still they do nothing every time her phone rings I see the disappointment that it’s something else and not some news or something happening watching her get through birthdays and holidays...
