This solicitors Firm Is Awful. They have no values or Morals, I try the hardest to explore as much money out of you as possible. I use them for Some family law issues Within a few weeks, I suffered serious heart attack And they took it up upon their selves to take advantage of this And conduct Lots of work while I was in intensive care. In hospital They sent minus emails hundreds in fact between their selves and the other party which had nothing or no case progress The work wasn't authorised Or asked to be carried out As I was in hospital, suffering a heart attack Since coming out of hospital, they sent me a large bill I haven't carried on using them I made a Gentleman's agreement To pay hundred pounds a month But I will have this investigated I paid them this every single month For many months Every month they threatened me with Court action Even when two days late However, I continue to pay them unfortunately After their threats Each month, I asked for all the work carried out From the day I was in hospital, To be sent to me And what authorisation did you receive for this? A point blank refused to give me this Unfortunately, I recently suffered a second heart attack due to the stress They were putting me under I offered them evidence of this Obviously requesting a bit of time to get Back to work. Their response was to send me a CCJ application through the post And still withholding all information from me. I'm gonna keep fighting To get this story public On Social media and local newspapers. Companies shouldn't support financial issues and debts on you like this Without not reasonably trying to Resolve They should behold accountable for this And the public should be aware I used Hopkins solicitors as I needed to sell some land . I can only say that the service I received from start to finish was excellent. The Reception staff were always polite and helpful, and Ben Green my solicitor was extremely professional and kept me informed at every stage of the process. He was very good, and I felt totally confident in his managing of the whole process. I would not hesitate to use Hopkins solicitors again and would highly recommend this branch of Hopkins at Mansfield.
