I walked into the room for the first time determined, but very anxious and afraid at the huge step I was taking and the possible consequences. I walked back out armed with information and thinking it's going to be okay, I can do this. I knew I was in safe and confident hands.5. Really poor responsiveness. I have been trying to get hold of the solicitor (Lewis Chapman) for a week to make an initial enquiry and have been informed that he won’t even take a 5 minute call to discuss if he is able to help with my query till next week. Not experienced such apathy from a law firm before. If it is this difficult to make an enquiry, I dread to think what the actual legal services are like. My sister (who is a solicitor) recommended the firm, but she has also commented that this is not how a professional law firm conducts itself. I am very disappointed by their indifference towards me6. First, I only can get the attorney himself twice in 10 calls, so I can't get through himself almost every time. Second, responding of emails is only few minutes before he finish end of the day, so by the time I see it and then respond it will have to wait until tomorrow. Extremely poor time efficiency. And answering questions is ambiguous and uses a lot of jargon so it doesn't make it easy for me to understand. Finally, our case have been finished for more than 6 months, but the discharged has not been resolved and I need to keep following up, which leads to all the things I need to postpone later. Not suggest Hopkins Solicitor in Mansfield7. Dispute between homeowner and builder for breach of contract. My wife and I cannot express enough gratitude to Hopkins Solicitors for their exceptional support and dedication over the past three years. The journey was far from easy, as the defendant proved to be particularly challenging and uncooperative at times which made the process both lengthy and stressful. However, my solicitor's professionalism, expertise, and determination ensured that we stayed on track and ultimately achieved a positive outcome. My solicitor took the time to fully understand every aspect of my situation, and her attention to detail was amazing too. She always kept me informed and reassured throughout a lengthy process.
